I love the feeling of being healthy and happy. When you consider that it takes just one extra pound of body fat to put yourself back into a negative energy state, you get excited. But does it really matter? At least that's how my mind works. After years of thinking about doing things and feeling exhausted, I finally realized that the thing I wanted was to feel good. As soon as I found out how! I instantly started losing weight. Then for a week afterward, I'm still in it.
I realized that weight loss was no longer just my goal. My goal is now to make sure I'm living a life that makes me happy. That brings me joy and helps me stay healthy. So that's what I decided to aim for. How do I do that? Well it involves making small changes. This has been an experience for myself and many others and I hope it helps you as well. In case you haven't thought about what you need to improve, try this exercise:
1. Write down one thing you think is important to you. For example: writing a blog post or writing a novel. Just list it here.
2. Make note of how much time you spend each day doing all those things on top of other things to keep you busy.
3. Think of anything you could do to improve your health (if you had any time).
4. Start with the one thing that is most important to you.
5. Ask yourself if there's a way you can create more time if needed.
6. If you have any spare time, write down everything you can do.
7. Do not stress out about doing things.
8. Have fun while doing it too.
9. Don't allow your goals or desires to distract you.
